We recently shared how we are cleaning bouncy castles prior to delivery. However, we thought we would take the time to demonstrate how we are also spraying the equipment from head to toe in specially formulated bouncy castle cleaner "BIO-SAN" on delivery, too. We're taking every measure possible to ensure that delivery of the equipment is contactless and that the equipment installed is clean and sanitised. You can see from the video and pictures below that the "bouncy castle man" uses a spray that covers every part of the inflatable. The fluid used kills bateria with a 99.9999% success rate within five minutes of contact, meaning that within five minutes of drying off, the inflatable is safe to use by the members of the house-hold. This comes at a great cost sadly; The fluid is exceptionally expensive and in very short supply. However, we have secured enough of it to keep us safe for many weeks to come.
Many bouncy castle companies are currently offering special deals, half day hires and cheap hires. Unfortunately we just can't compete with that, but we hope that it does make you question how they are able to offer this so cheaply (and where the bouncy castle has been for the other half of the day) when you're considering who to book.
The Corona virus can survive on surfaces for up to 72 hours, which is why we clean and wash or inflatables five days prior and then rest them for a further five days after hire. We have enough equipment to ensure we operate safely and keep inflatables "quarantined" for a minimum of five days without running out of bouncy castles. We wouldn;t dream of offering half day hires and dropping equipment straight from one house to another. What we offer is great value and peace of mind with rigorous cleaning and unbeatable service.
