How long do we get for a hire?

• We don't really have set times. If you have a hall hire for a few hours, it's the same as a garden hire. We deliver garden hires from 07:00-12:00 and start collections at 17:00. You normally get a minimum of six hours, but if you happen to be the first delivery and the last one, then it's still the same price.

Do you have insurance?

• Yes we do, we have £10 million pounds insurance cover. We provide the cover letter upon request.

What does the insurance cover?

• It covers us for a safe set-up and compliant equipment. Appropriate adult supervision by the person hiring the equipment must be present to insure no injury.

If it rains on the day, will you still deliver the bouncy castle?

• We will set-up in mild rain. However, we will not allow the equipment to be used in winds that are of excess of 24mph. We provide special monitoring equipment for you to use to check this. We will not set-up in lightning storms. If we cancel for any reason, you will not incur any fee, and any deposit taken will be returned.

I don't have grass, I have a patio area or the location I want to set-up the bouncy castle is hard-standing (tarmac or concrete for example), are you able to safely set-up the bouncy castle?

• Sadly not. We have engineered out booking system to check if you have hard-standing, and it won't allow you to book if you do. It is made clear in the terms and conditions and all emails sent. If we arrive and the area is hard-standing, we will not be able to set-up a bouncy castle or any inflatable at all. Any booking fees taken will not be refundable in this circumstance. It is just not possible to erect a bouncy castle safely on hard-standing (too much anchorage per anchor point is needed) outside of litterally drilling anchor bolts into the concrete and using special anchor bolts. We do not offer this service.

We saw that your times are approximate, but we have a hall booked, will you be there?

• The times are approximate for garden hires. We understand the need for precise times on hall hires. We will be there exactly on-time.

Do you have Risk Assessments for your inflatables?

• Yes, we have risk assessments available and perform site visits ahead of time for large fete bookings.
