Jámie wanted to hire a package for her son's first birthday. For a lot of people this is a very big and important occasion - Sometimes it's the very first time they've held a party for their child and they just want it to go right. It can be stressful and you want reassurance that it will all be fine.

We're parents ourselves and know what it's like to worry about planning a party - When we say we will be there, our word is good.

Hannah had a beautiful mermaid package booked in for her child's birthday party.

The times where quite tight as the hall was only available for a certain window of opportunity. Hannah trusted us to arrive on time and come back for the collection when we she needed us. Rest assured, we was on-site ready to go as soon as they got the keys and was back at precisely the right time; Actually, we was a little early, so waited around the corner for 15 minutes before checking everyone was ready for us.

We set-up the package quickly - But safely and had the equipment away with a few minutes to spare.

Mum was very worn out and ready for the day to end, but it all ran smoothly and the hall was grateful that we was punctual. This is something of a point of principal for us; If we say we're going to be there or we can do it, then we mean it.

Sophie booked a lovely Dinosaur package for their child's party. We're very grateful they took the time to take a couple of pictures and leave us a nice review. We always try our best to provide the greatest service possible and understand how important a party is to the family.

Worth noting that the customer also placed their own inflatable toy bouncy castle at this party - We did not provide the red and blue bouncy castle.

Indoor Home Bouncy Castle Hire Review!

Nicole has been a returning customer for several years! Wanting to celebrate her childs birthday and mark the date with something special, she decided to use us once again! This time, being one of the first people to hire one of our indoor home bouncy castles! Nicole left us a photo and lovely review below - It's especially important to us because it highlights how seriously we're taking covid and the measures we're putting in place!

This review is especially important to us as it was vital for Lou and her family to have a covid-secure set-up and required extremely safe measures. We was very pleased to be able to deliver on that promise.

It's also our first ever review while using reviewforest, meaning that a tree is now being planted in Lou's name at out cost, helping the planet!

Gemma wanted to hire a bouncy castle for her son's second birthday. While her garden was absolutely beautiful and actually quite large, it had large privets and play equipment in it with some interesting angles and shapes. They needed a highly specific width to fit a bouncy castle in their garden safely (rather than try to squeeze a regular castle in and make it un-safe for her children).

We was able to provide a specialist sized bouncy castle that's over 12 foot in length, but actually only 8 foot wide, making it perfect for narrow gardens!

Robert and his family was after a treat for their older boys during lockdown to celebrate at home.The disco dome is the obvious choice for older kids; Enabling them to have their own party ona bouncy castle, while still retaining credability as it has it's own built-in speaker system and disco lights!

Tamsyn Clark - Chislehurst

Tamsyn hired our footbakll themed bouncy castle from us for her son's birthday. During the lockdown they knew they couldn't have a huge party and it would only be her children, but she wanted to ensure they event didn't pass it by without celebrating. Quite understandably, people are worried about Covid-19 and what precautions are being taking. To receive a review specifically about our handling of it is pretty much the highest praise we feel we could receive.

Eileen hired a package from us to help entertain her little boy and his friends at his birthday party in Barnehurst golf course hall. It's a lovely hall with some stunning views of the golf course, but the venue itself is very low-height. Fortunately we have a big range of low-height bouncy castles and was able to provide a bouncy castle and ball pool package without compromising on floor space!

We was very pleased to receive this lovely review from Georgie. She hired our inflatable mermaid ball pool and low-height princess bouncy castle for her daughter at the Dartford valley rugby club.

It was at a new venue for us where they've just started taking party bookings after launching the new venue in 2017. We worked with the hall ahead of time to make arrangements with the lift to the floor the hall is on and made sure we had a little time either side of the booking as it's a new venue.

Gerogie wanted pretty specific times so she could plan the cake and get everyone to sing happy birthday, but in truth we always ensure that hall hires have very specific times and we didn't really do anything extra special for Georgie that we don't always do for every single customer. It's important to stick to your word, it never hurts to be polite and we like to think we're always friendly, yet stay professional.

Gerogie ordered a package that we had never put together before, but you can see from the photo below that they looked awesome in the natural light of Rugby Clubs hall in Dartford.

We recently had a lovely review come through from Anne on facebook. They booked a lovely front slide combo bouncy castle for their christmas party (it was lovely seeing them all put so much effort into a community christmas party).

They was super helpful in helping us reverse our large van out of the car park in the dark, so we're even more grateful that they felt generous enough to leave us a nice review, too.

This is a really nice review to receive. It was from Kate, the head of a newly formed PTA who nervously took on the challenge of hosting a school inflatable day for the first time ever. We wrote a little blog about it after the event, but the review from Kate sums things up really well.

The inflatables looked great on their school field and we're pretty sure it was the most exciting thing going on in Bexleyheath that day! The flocks of people bustling through the gate was incredible to see and it was satisfying to see the relief on the organisers faces after it being so succesful.

We're grateful to Gravel Hill and their PTA for choosing us and hope to make it even better next year!

Matt left us a great review today. He hired a bouncy castle with a slide for his son's 2nd birthday. He made it clear that the location would be a "pocket garden" in Dartford; A private a secured garden shared by a few different families (quite lovely and a very beautiful place for children to play together in safety, I was quite envious).

The nights are drawing out longer now and Matt asked if he could have the inflatable a bit longer as the party wasn't starting till 16:30, we was very happy to oblidge and managed to get it in before dark. It was very nice speaking with Matt for a while and lovely to see the children all playing together from the different houses. In truth, it sparked a conversation at home about how we used to play on the street as children and how that isn't possible today. We spoke about how lovely that garden was, not just a "pocket garden", but almost a pocket in time where children can be children.

Katie and her husband where really nice customers.The customer being dropped off to before them had ordered one that was too large, I called Katie and asked if she would like a free upgrade to a castle with a slide (Katie's castle was a bit smaller and would fit safely in the customers garden who had ordered one that was too big).

They measured their garden while I was on the phone, but sadly they also wasn't able to accomodate it. When I arrived they kept apologising, saying they felt bad! I reassured them that they had nothing to worry about about or say sorry for! It was a bit of a long-shot and certainly not their responsibility; Clearly a compassionate mother though that could relate to this woman who she didn't even know.

Really nice couple who we didn't mind making a few changes for later when their party plans altered and we hope that we see them again!

For anyone wondering, after Katie's delivery we managed to go back and get another bouncy castle for the previous customer that fit safely and have it delivery an hour before their party started. Sometimes these things happen and we always try to be helpful where we can. It's not always possible if there are other customers waiting, but we're pleased that we was able to assist on that particular occassion.

Emily actually hired from us back in the summer last year, but after going through her emails realised that she had wanted to leave us a review.

It was a very nice package with jungle soft play, ball pool and big jungle fun-run!

It was a lovely party and all fit in very nicely, with Emily being smart with chair placement down the side of the fun-run to make space for the adults!

This review especially means a lot to us. It's from a SEN mother who attended our exclusive SEN session at Welling School earlier this month.

We held an Inflatable day in Welling but made one slot SEN exclusive. The session had all marshall's whistles removed, the curtains drawn to remove extra light sources, the music turned off, action cards replaced the whistles, a quiet room was provided if anyone needed it, the capacity was halved and we changed our policies on queue jumping and "behaviour" as well as how we managed those situations. We spent quite a lot of time researching how we could be better hosts and was really hoping the trial would be a success. The review below was just one of the pieces of feedback we received. The response was over-whelming and quite frankly, good for the soul. It's nice having the validation from parents and carers, but the really beautiful part was how much the children enjoyed the session who might otherwise not have been able to attend; This particular review encapsulates that very well.

Here's a review just come in from... My mother-in-law. Not sure why it has taken her so long to add us a review, but better late than never!
While it may seem like a given that family will recommend us, my mother-in-law is a very hard to please woman (I can get away with writing this as she will never read it - I hope!) and will only provide a "pat on the back" if it is deserved three times over.

The review is nice though, it highlights what a family business we are and it's pretty adorable seeing my mother-in-law trying to recommend us and use facebook (when it's me that has to set up their wifi and TV).

Here's a hire we completed this morning for the castle tots team. Sadly they was let down by another bouncy castle hire company, they didn't arrive and wasn't answering their phone, then their phone was turned off. This is just about the worst case scenario for someone when they book in a bouncy castle. Panic set in and Kelly started phoning other companies. We was passed Kelly's details from another company who was sympathetic, but couldn't take the booking on.

When we spoke to Kelly, the party had already started. This wasn't just a party, either. It was a sensory pre-school party where they was the organisers, so not just their own child's party, but their company and reputation was also on the line. We agreed to help and swooped in as quickly as possible. We knew the hall that they was using very well, and took a couple of inflatables so they even had a choice. We ended up putting up our rainbow junior slide that has some has really nice artwork quite appropriate for the occassion! We really look forward to hearing from Kelly again and hope that others may see this and choose to put their faith in a company that a track record that can be backed-up and counted on to deliver! After-all, the only losers here would be the children!

Donna was looking to make her little girl's 6th birthday party a memorable one! Donna's little girl is a huge unicorn fan and she knew instantly that the Unicorn fun-run was what she wanted for her. However, the party had over 30 children and they wanted it to be safe and not over-crowded. Rather than go all unicorn, they decided a neutral party theme bouncy castle would be a great choice. In this particular case we was able to offer a pretty great deal as the castle was out the day before and had become wet in the rain; When Donna messaged a little anxious about numbers, we was able to offer this as a cut price as they had the hall early enough to dry-off before the party!

Jack left us a pretty nice review recently. This was for a hire over in Sidcup for the Montrose hall. The hall is really poorly advertised and is closer to a CIU working mens club in some respects. However, the hall is publically bookable and has recently been decorated. It has a lovely outside area too that's really well maintained.

Jack hire one of our brand new low-height castles; the blue v-front low height bouncy castle for his little brother. He hired this based on our recomendation. We suggested this castle because it's one of very few in the area that will actually fit in the venue. The hall has a really low ceiling height and needs specialist sizes to fit in.

Jack ideally wanted the bouncy castle outside, but wanted the option of inside in case it rained. Unfortunately it was really hammering down when we arrived to set-up, and Jack was gfrateful that we had advised on this specific castle as otherwise had he booked a standard one or gone with someone else, it would have only been possible tokeep the castle outside and in the puring rain. This way, his little brother had a great time and stayed dry inside with his friends!

We provided our front slide party theme bouncy castle to Vicky and her boys recently. Vicky is a district nurse and it immediately drew our attention; Our son has a nurse come out once a week and we spend so much time in hospital. It turns out Vicky's nephew has just "rung the bell" recently, meaning that she is very aware of the affects of Leaukemia, having had a family member go through AML, similar to our son's ALL.

We like to talk to customers and build relationships with people. It'd be a boring life otherwise. It's amazing what you can learn from eachother.

Here's a review (or now known as a "recommendation" as facebook changes) from someone right on our doorstep in Welling! So close to us we actually considered walking it round to them!

They actually just booked a bouncy castle for the sheer fun of it. Not for any occassion at all. It wasn't supposed to be a party, but when we collected it inevitably had turned into a "small gathering". We can't blame them, the fun of a bouncy castle is infectious and totally affordable for the day!

Here's a really nice review from Claire. We've beeing providing Claire inflatables to their end of term nursery parties (And her own children's parties) for many years.

This year, we was pleased to hear that Claire received a well earned promotion, making her effectively the go to person for two nursery schools (we can't imagine being in charge one one, let alone two).

Claire came to us and wanted to go big this year, so asked for two inflatables for each each nursery, with some inside and some outside. The snag? They all had to set-up before the children arrived, but there was no access until the staff arrived, too.

Four inflatables at two different locations, on a week day all at the same time, and no room for error (they do not allow non-staff other than parents to be in the nursery), if we was late, then that was it, window of opportunity missed!

Not only that, but the outside inflatables had to go on the driest earth we've had in years, after a 3 month drought!

We're reall ypleased we was trusted with the task. We managed to deliver and set-up all equipment safely (using an SDS drill for the earth; which is ridiculous) with everything ready for the end of term parties. Lots of tears that day, but none of them due to the bouncy castles!

We are often booked for class r birthday parties where the parents aren't familiar with hosting a party for the whole class and find it a little over-whelming. We was able to plough throughthe dreaded snow (remember that, it feels like a life time ago now) and delivery a party set-up for the birthday boy that was enjoyed by everyone, much to the relief of a very stressed out mum!
