Petrol Blowers
The job of cleaning castles never ends. We recently wrote a post about cleaning castles and what we do, so this is no real update. However, while cleaning our popular pink princess bouncy castle we managed to kill two birds with one stone! We needed to check some of our petrol blowers where in tip-top condition after resting over the winter period.
We're getting ready for school fetes, fayres and out-door events on big open fields that do not have a power supply close enough for a lead. We're pleased to report that after an oil change and a check of the spark plugs, that the petrol blowers all started first time and was running very well!
These blowers are ideal when you need to set-up inflatables in a large open space or do not have any electricity supply close-by. When running lots of inflatables without an electrical socket it can be cost efficient to run a generator, but for times when you just need to run one or two it's the most affordable way to keep them running.
Generators are often good for a certain number of inflatables. For example, you might have a generator that is perfectly suited to run 4 inflatables, but you want to hire 5 for your event. In this crcumstance you wouldnt want to hire two generators just to power the 5th one. A petrol generator allows some flexibility. They're also perfect to reduce risk and not put all your eggs in one basket; If a generator breaks, then it means no power for any of them, but having them all run off separate petrol blowers means you're not creating a single point of failure.
We're flexible enough to be able to offer a mixture of generators as well as petrol blowers so you always have the best option for your event and make it the most cost-effective and safe set-up it can possibly be!
