The sports hall boasts a spacious size at a very large 66 foot long and 31 foot in length; A brialliant space for bouncy castles, soft play & ball pools, fun-runs and slides! Not matter the age of the children, we have equipment that is age approriate and gauranteed to be fun for the whole party!
We have taken lots of photos of the entire community centre - If you scroll down you will find photos of the car-park, the entrance and sports hall as well as the out-door space that is included in the sports hall hire (weather permitting).
The outdoor area is incredibly spacious and during the summer is excellent bouncy castles to make even more room! The centre really is the perfect space to host a party and large enough that you don't need to worry about who to invite from the class - You can send out party invites to everyone and rest easy knowing that the hall is more than big enough to accomodate the guests as well as all the fun inflatable equipment!
Not only is it a fantastic venue for parties due to it's large size, but it's also fitted with brand new indoor heating that you can set yourself; All too often damp old scout halls feel rather cold and only start warming up by the time you're ready to leave with ancient heaters that take far too long to make a difference - Belvedere Community Centre has state of the art heating and can make the entire toasty in a matter of minutes during the cold winter months - Or turned right down for during the Summer!
The disabled facilities are also fantastic, with a dedicated disable parking space, disabled ramp for access to the centre and hall ways wide enough for wheel-chair users with ease! It has it's own dedicated car-parking with over-flow available right outside over the weekend and out of school term time!
We provide a standard party package for Belvedere Community Centre for £365 which includes four hours use of the main sports (it doesn't include the foyer). As well as the use of the hall you also get to choose from any of our bouncy castles with a slide attached to it, an inflatable ball pool filled with two thousand balls as well as a matted soft-play area with 16 piece soft play set and additionally we include a large loud bluetooth speaker for you to play your own music! The above package is ideal for most birthdays and celebrations, catering for a broad range of ages from toddlers right up to 11 year olds. However, we understand that not all parties will have younger siblings, so we are more than happy to provide any other equipment of equal value that is more age appropriate for your guests; You may like to change things up and for the exact same price include a mega slide and a standard bouncy castle, which is excellent for older children looking to have the most fun possible while also accomodating large party sizes!
We appreciate that no two parties are the same and while the standard party package at belvedere community centre is great for a lot of people, you may want to include additional equipmet or change it completely - We are more than happy to put together a package for you and promise to always give you the best value possible; Whether you want a super big RUSH slide and a Fun-Run or would prefer something totally different and go with an inflatable games party with penalty shoot-out, basketball, axe-throw and even more inflatable games!
If you really want to make the party extra special we also have a hosted fun-food service with prices exclusive to Belvedere Community Centre Party Package bookers! We can offer the best prices for a staffed service on pop-corn and candy floss machines, slush machines, hot-dogs and even snow-cones.
The price for two machines (for example slush machine and candyfloss or popcorn and candyfloss) for a 3 hour party (set-up and pack-away is completed outside of these hours, you only pay for the hours of the party itself) is £190 - Which includes the staff member. If you required 3 machines (for example Candy floss, Popcorn and Slush Machine) the cost would be £240 for a 3 hour party duration.
If the hot-dog machine is required as one of the machines, then there is an additional £40 charge based on an average max party size of 50 servings for hot-dogs.
These prices include a staffed service from an industry professional that is always highly praised for their magnetic and friendly personality - They're no shy wall-flower looking miserable or glued to their phone - They understand that it's a party and are there not just to serve and cope with high demand, but also engage and smile - They wont sit idle during quiet periods, they will be making up bags of candyfloss or popcorn servings ready to go or take home as a party bag.
The prices for fun-foods at Belvedere community centre are heavily discounted - Sadly we can't offer these prices for individual hire or hire elsewhere; They're locked in as an extra special value deal just for the hall hire.
This is a very special hall for us for many reasons; Principally though it embodies what a genuine community centre is supposed to be about - The community. The hall management here legitimately care about local people and regular hold events here for local people; Often for free or at extremely little cost. We've seem them provide free baby products, house-hold goods, food for families and information for services avaiable topeople who are desperately struggling.
They use the hall to the fullest and are true champions of the community spirit - We often provide them inflatables for their events where the cost of entry is just £1, but the children eat for free, get to use all the equipment and have fun in a safe environment - They make their budget stretch beyond possible means and we're in legitmate awe of what they do and the efforts they go to. We've seen them not just decorate the hall for hallloween and christmas and fill it with cheer, but actually paint the walls to really get in the mood; They embody the concept of "above and beyond".
This is one of the many reasons we have partnered with the hall and have such a special relationship with them - While they desperately try to make their budget strech as far as possible - There are limits and their main source of income is through the hall hire. The more they hire the hall out, the more they are enabled to do for the community - By booking a party package directly with us you are literally ensuring that you have the best party ever while at the same time making sure the hall continues to be enabled to carry on with the essential role they undertake within the community!
