New Branded Mats
We decided that we would like to try and increase our brand presence. We already provide uniformed staff and take great care in making sure that our digital advertising, website and social media platforms all align.
We are constantly trying to push and show our customers that we are the real deal - We're not some fly-by-night company that you can never reach or is here one year and gone the next. We're a solid, reliable company that has proven year after year that we can be counted on. Not only that, but we're professional - We have someone staffing the phone, responding quickly to emails, providing quotes for large events or helping customers choose a bouncy castle for their child's birthday.
It's hard to get right sometimes - It's a balance between the personal touch yet remaining professional.
We feel that we have the balance right with this design; It's brighly coloured, has our company logo and the same images you see on our website - It has our familiar "feel" and family name, but the physical mats with company website on it instead of plain colours we believe makes us stand out.
We want people to know that we're a real professional company and feel confident in booking us not just for their homes and familiy parties, but also to consider us for fetes and corporate events. However, we also want to retain our individuality and family business reputation.
We've included some photos below of the process to actually create the mats. The design was made by a professional in the industry, which then went to a custom printer who specialises on in printing on bouncy castle material (mats are made from the same material as the bouncy castles themselves). After it was printed, it needed a short time to "rest" the material, before being going through a second machine where it receives a liquid laminate coating - Which is what gives it that shiny, glossy effect.
Sadly, we don't have any photos of the material being wrapped around the foam and sewn, but hopefully this gives you a small glimpse into the manufactung process.
