Returning Pre-School Leavers Party

Leavers day for many pre-schools is an emotional day, children crying, teachers are parents upset. Some teachers also take the opportunity to also leave at the end of the school year making it a double whammy of emotions. Gifts and presents given and promises to stay in touch and never forget them. It's upsetting for all involved and especially the children as they also have to cope with the idea that they will be going to "big-school".

For many pre-schools they ease the pain of the day by having a party. This particular pre-school in Erith is no exception and have trusted us for the last 9 years to provide their inflatables for them. It's always a strange job for us as the teachers are busy on our arrival setting up tables and chairs, running around and making sure everything is in place - On collection it's even stranger as we pack away the equipment and their gifts are being exchanged with everyone is in tears.

After so many years we have the pre-school's trust and are left in the garden while everyone else is inside. We pack away quietly and respect their personal space, working discreetly in the background as they say their farewells and get their last hugs of the school year in.

We also provide them their christmas party inflatables, which is a much more merry affair and we spend a little more time talking with them, but for the leavers party (especially by the end), everyone is in a different type of mood and we try to stay out of the way and give a smile and knowing nod as we're exiting - No one needs to be dealing with the "bouncy castle man" when their feelings are being put through their paces.

Rather than make it a sad occasion, this pre-school (along with many others) choose to go out in style and there's no better way for children to do that than a bouncy castle. We offer some discounted packages to pre-school leavers parties to make it affordable and actually cope with the amount of children present - It's a brilliant way to make their last day special and full of fun. For a while they forget that it's their last day and the children get to enjoy the time they have left having the most fun. This delays the sad faces and wet eyes till the very end of the school day and also gives the children something to look forward to, rather than dreading the last day.

For the children and the teachers they get to look back and build memories that last. Everyone remembers the last day fondly, filled with good times.
