A Surprise Helper!
We really try to emphasise that we're a family run business. We're certainly not ashamed of it, we believe it's at the core of why we're one of the very best bouncy castle companies around. Everything we do, we do it for our family and with family in mind. We can relate to mums and dads wanting to book parties. We know how PTA's and school fetes work because our children go to them. When it comes to safety, we always do what we'd want others to do for our children. We can relate!
There are so many reasons why a family run business just runs better. It's hard work and you're constantly giving it your all, but you're surrounded by loved ones and sometimes they're able to surprise you. It's not often that your family can just turn up unannounced at work, but that's exactly what happened at the weekend when Daddy was packing away a bouncy castle in Wilmington Memorial Hall!
It was a very nice package with bouncy castle and didi cars (the customer also asked for some extra mats for their own soft play and toys, which we happily oblidged; We have plenty to spare). As the equipment was just being deflated, I turned around and to my genuine surprise I was face to face with my daughter and looked up to see my son and wife, too! They had come to surprise me and help pack away, providing me a very welcomed smile and loving feeling.
This can't happen with most jobs, but with a shared online diary they knew where I would be and when I would be there. It was a long day and sometimes it can be a little lonely if you're the only driver. They came to help me, but really they came to tell me they loved me and appreciated me. This is a little bit of a weird news post, but sometimes it's good to share the real source of our comapnies passion; Our family.
