Bouncy Castle Hire Bexleyheath
By now, if you're a regular reader of our blogs or facebook feed, then you know we're serious about keeping our inflatables clean for each and every use. We can't stand dirty bouncy castles and we take every measure to ensure that ours always arrive in great conditions. Today we felt like we reached new heights. Literally.
Trouble is, when a bouncy castle is packed away we have to get the air out of it. Bouncy castles have deflation tubes or zips (sometimes both) to let the air escape. However, we don't always have time to let the bouncy castle sit for 30 minutes to naturally deflate; Customers need us gone, they have hall times they need to adhere to and we often need to move on to other jobs...
We often have to "walk the castle" to "tread the air out", these are industry terms, but essentially it means we walk up and down the castle in ways we know the internal passages trap and the way air flows through the castle. Sometimes people think we're just walking up and down them in any type of way, but there is normally a method going on.
This can often mean that we walk on the very top of the bouncy castle. Othertimes the top can become dirty through rain and muddy gardens or just general dirt over time. No one ever sees the top of the bouncy castle though, so it's often an area that is neglected; Out of sight, out of mind.
For us though, it's just a place where nasties can lurk. Left unchecked it can become a problem, so we regulary clean our bouncy castles from top to bottom. It may look a bit weird, but having the bouncy castle inflated means we really get to visually inspect it and get in places you couldn't whilst it was deflated and down.
