Bouncy Castle Safety Signs For Your Fetes & Events
Only a small thing really, but it's things like this that can help make a difference and provide reassurance to PTA's and people considering booking and hosting an inflatable day.
When you book in a school fete package or hosting an inflatable day there are a lot of concerns and things to consider. You want to raise money for the school or charity, but you also want to protect yourself and ensure that everyone has a fun time, but a safe time. The last thing you want is come-backs and a child to be injured. Let's face it, you also do not want to worry about what happens after a child is injured.
We do everything possible to ensure that there is a safe set-up. We are RPII trained operators (the only certification recognised by the Health and Safety Executive in the country) and know how to provide a safe set-up. Our inflatables are all annually inspected, we carry PLI for our set-up and we take every measure you would expect plus more to ensure that where possible, the risk is mitigated; We chase the wires away safely, if we run generators then they are sectioned off with perimeter fencing and signs, with fire extinguishers, we ensure that the inflatables are sited safely and countless other small decisions and measures taken to provide the best set-up that will be full of fun, but also safe.
Sometimes though, when you are organising the event yourself you're left with that feeling of "what if". You know that it's been set-up safely, but what about that one parent that is never happy and always complains, that one person that says "Well nobody told me!" or "There wasn't a sign up!"...
When you book a package for a school fete or any other type of event where you are expecting members of the public, school children or anyone who isn't friends and family, we are happy to provide you with a range of hard-backed safety notices free of charge. These signs clearly state that you use is at customers own risk with other important safety information. The hard-backed metal signs are very clear in their instruction and come in a range specific to certain inflatables; Some are for slides, some are for general inflatables and some are for toddlers in a under 5 area. These can be placed at the entrances with more available to place near inflatables through the field or hall, clearly visible to all throughout the event.
It's a great way to clearly deliver the message of safety, the inflatables rules and about carers responsbility to supervise their children at all times, while also reinforcing the statement that use is at their own risk.
This is only a small gesture, but we believe it's little things like this that make us a great choice for providing inflatables for your fete. We understand your concerns and are happy to provide our experience, supporting you in your event and helping to make it the best day possible!
