Return to Eastcote Primary School in Welling
We recently wrote a small blog about a school fete package we did for Eastcote Primary School in Welling. We mentioned how we rescheduled for them and like to think of jobs as a partnership; We want you to be a success and in turn, we hope you choose to continue to work with us!
As it turns out, they would like to use us again for their next summer fete, but couldn't wait that long! The martial arts class instructor was so impressed with the day that they booked us in for a smaller package just for the martial arts students and their families. It actually cuts both ways though, we was so pleased with what we saw that we are signing up our son in a few months time to the class!
It was a great day and when we arrvied to collect we was offered a burger and ice-cream! Pro-tip, this is a definate way to win over a bouncy castle man! It looked like everyone had had fun and the inflatables they picked was right for the event, providing enough capacity for the children in attendance and some variety to ensure they had fun all afternoon!
It was a great feeling for us to be booked in again for next year as well as a small event in-between. I think we're also being booked up for easter, too! For us, it's reassuring to know that we are doing it well enough for schools, customers and people that book us in to use us a gain; We're not just being used once and then never again, or not remembered well enough for people to look up who they used previously and use them again.
It's great for customers, too. This venue in particular has hard to access electrical points, with two separate ring-mains and all available points far away. For us it isn't a problem at all, we've already been and know the location very well; We know we have to bring extra long leads and heavy duty splitters, we know how to balance the ring mains and which sockets on which circuits are best to use. It's this type of experience and familiarity with the customers and the venue that saves time and allows us to set-up with failures and worries about whether all the equipment can run properly or not. Going in blind at this venue would deffinately lead to delays in setting up and being ready on time; Probably with some tripped fuses. We know what works here and what to do already!
