Speaker Input for Disco Domes
By default we encourage everyone to connect to our disco domes and speakers via bluetooth. It's the easiest way. It allows you to control which songs you want to play with a remote device in your hand, plus you can easily change the volume. Most modern phones have a bluetooth connection you can use. It's been a standard thing for years for Apple and Android devices. However, not everyone has a bluetooth device!
All of our devices allow you to connect via the Aux, too! The auxillary connection means you can use your headphone jack from your device. If you have an older or different type of technology for playing music (we had a customer recently with a midi device, something we haven't seen for about 10 years!) then we can connect it via the headphone jack to the aux. We supply a short aux cable for this, which means the device would have to be very close to the speaker.
Modern iphones don't have a headphone jack though! Not to worry... We also supply a transformer for the new iphones without the headphone jack! We're also able to play your music that you've saved on a usb stick! The files will preferably be .mp3 but we can player .wav, too!
In short, no matter how you store your digital music, we're pretty confident we have a solution that can suit you. We're techy people in general, so we always like a challenge. If you're every concerned about how to connect your device, we will always show you when we're setting up, so please don't worry that you'r enot up on the latest technology, we've got you covered whatever the case may be!
