Low Height Bouncy Castles

We have quite a few low-height bouncy castles. Some of them are really low-height (yet very safe) and some of them are are only just smaller than a typical "A-frame" bouncy castle.

We're always banging on about our diverse equipment that can fit in pretty much any venue or garden. However, the picture in the post here is a really good example of why we don't put inflatables in spaces they're not designed for; The damage here was caused by a bouncy castle (not one of ours).

We need a height clearance to ensure that the turrets or the top of the bouncy castle doesn't touch the ceiling. The purpose of the castle is for kids to bounce on it, so it makes sense that it will go up and down and move a little.

Suspended ceilings have a lattice-like flimsy framework where the polystrene panels sit in them. They're all connected to eachother, so pulling at the framework and damaging one can bring the whole thing down!

In the case above, a bouncy castle had been put up where it touched the panels. Sadly over the course of the party it knocked the framework and several ceiling tiles fell (some on the children) and then the framework became un-stable and caused several parts to come down as well (again, some of it hitting children).

We spoke to the operator that put the bouncy castle up, and they did have huge reservations about doing it, but the parents put some pressure on them, saying it would ruin the party if they didn't put up the bouncy castle.

There's now a civil matter regarding who is responsible (as a disclaimer was signed) and the party was deffinately ruined after-all. All of this could have been avoided if they had only booked a low-height castle for the venue.

We have delivered to pretty much every single venue in the Dartford and bexley borough and are generally able to tell when a booking is made whether the castle will fit or not. However, most halls that are hired will have this info readily available, and we publish the height and the required clearance space for every single product on our site.

Some halls have such large ceilings that you do not need to worry about it, but for those halls where the ceiling height is lower, we have several different options available to fit in safely!
