It's kind of hard to work out what we should call this news post. A customer accidentally broke one of the handles on a Slush Puppy Machine. We had a temporary replacement, but one was a grey single pull lever and one was a black top grip handle. It just looked plain odd!
We decided to order a replacement and thought it might be cool to show some pictures of this. If nothing else, it shows our attention to detail. If you hire something from us, you want the best, not something that looks strange and weird.
However, it proved impossible to do the repair one handed, and as we started to show the process, we decided while we was at it, we may as well go over a few components of the machine. Before we started hiring slush machines it wasn't something we knew much about. We would take our children to soft play or the beach, and it was always a fun drink to have, but never knew how it actually worked.
Not everyone will be interested, but if you wanted to know how a slush machine goes together, what it looks like when not in use and how the machine actually makes the slush, then check out the video below. Don't worry we won't judge you, we watch weird videos all the time, too.
Below are the pictures promised of us actually changing over the handle. It may not look like a big deal to most people, but we're a little OCD about these things, and much prefer them matching! Besides, it's kind of interesting seeing how these things work!
