This is where we are supposed to name and shame the awful company that let down this lovely family, and promote ourselves as being the saviours; Making all other companies to look like devils while we are fantastic.
In truth, we did "save the day". The family was let down, and we was ale to step in at the 11th hour and help them out. They was a lovely family and it felt really nice being able to save their special day.
However, the truth is the company that "let them down" are actually really good friends of ours. We work closely with them, and after they had an almost comical string of bizzare missfortune, they called us to help them.

We're a little bit different. Rather than put down competition, we actively try to work with them. If they are fully booked, they speak to us, and vice-vera. It's relationships like this that are actually better for customers. If we don't have what you want, we can recommend a company that does. If someone is let down we try to work together to cover eachother.
I've never seen cooperation like it in this industry, and it seems to be quite unique to our area. We're pleased to champion it.
